Terms and Conditions for Using the Laki 97 Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Laki 97 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Laki 97 platform, including the website, mobile application, sports betting features, game lobby, live casino section and all associated services.

By accessing any part of the Laki 97 platform, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, that you have read these Terms in full, and that you agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Laki 97. Where these Terms refer to those documents, please treat those references as incorporated into this agreement.

2Eligibility

To create an account and use the Laki 97 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Laki 97 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an existing account holder who has been suspended or permanently banned from the platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when placing bets or using the platform.
• You must not use the platform as an employee, contractor, or affiliate of Laki 97 in contexts where a conflict of interest would arise.

3Account Registration

To access the betting, casino and payment features on Laki 97, you are required to register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If you already have an account, do not create another — contact our support team if you are having trouble accessing your existing account.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You must keep your account details up to date. If your contact information, payment details or any other registered information changes, please update your account accordingly. Laki 97 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated account information.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• All registration information must be accurate and truthful.
• You are responsible for keeping your account details current.
• Account sharing with other individuals is not permitted.
• Corporate or group accounts are not permitted on the platform.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone else, and do not allow another person to access the platform using your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you suspect your password has been compromised, contact Laki 97 support immediately through the platform's contact channels. We will take appropriate steps to help secure your account.

Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility. Laki 97 will not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your login details secure or have shared them with a third party.

5Deposits & Payments

All transactions on Laki 97 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits can be made using any of the supported payment methods currently available on the platform, which include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been confirmed through the relevant payment channel. Laki 97 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or mobile wallet operators.

• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• Laki 97 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to an active betting balance.

If you experience any issue with a deposit that does not reflect in your account balance within a reasonable timeframe, contact Laki 97 support with the relevant transaction reference so we can investigate.

6Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible, to maintain consistency and reduce the risk of fraud.

Before a withdrawal is processed, Laki 97 may require you to complete an identity verification step. This is standard practice and is intended to protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a copy of your CNIC or another form of identification. Failure to complete verification when requested will result in the withdrawal being held pending until verification is completed.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to a supported payment method in your name.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method and time of request.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to minimum amount thresholds.
• Any active bonus funds or wagering requirement balances will be taken into account when calculating your withdrawable balance.
• Laki 97 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors once a withdrawal has been initiated on our end.

7Betting Rules

The sports betting section of Laki 97 covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, domestic Pakistan cricket, football, Esports and other sports and events as made available on the platform from time to time. Betting markets, available odds and event coverage are subject to change.

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including the event, market, selection and stake — before confirming it. Laki 97 will not accept claims for refunds or adjustments based on a player selecting the wrong market or entering the wrong stake amount.

• Bets are accepted in PKR at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• Odds may change between the time you select a bet and the time you confirm it. The odds at confirmation are the final odds applied.
• Laki 97 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been manipulated or affected by integrity issues.
• Maximum bet limits may apply on certain events or markets. These limits are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a technical error affecting odds display, Laki 97 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
• Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to additional latency considerations. Bets placed during system delays may be voided at Laki 97's discretion.

Settlement of bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. In cases of dispute, Laki 97's internal records of bet placement and result data will be treated as authoritative.

8Casino & Games

The Laki 97 game lobby and live casino sections provide access to a range of casino games including slots, table games, crash games, live dealer tables and other titles as available. All games are operated under standard casino rules and use certified random number generation where applicable.

Live casino tables are hosted by real human dealers and streamed in real time. Gameplay in the live casino is subject to the same account balance and PKR transaction rules that apply across the rest of the platform.

• Game availability may vary and titles may be added or removed from the lobby at any time.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply to individual games and are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard outcome rules where possible.
• If a game malfunctions in a way that affects the outcome of a round, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, errors or unintended behaviour is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms.

9Bonuses & Promotions

Laki 97 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers and other promotions to players from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates. Those specific terms apply in addition to these general Terms.

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using structured betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

• Bonuses must be used in accordance with their individual terms and within the stated validity period.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Laki 97 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a bonus was credited in error, Laki 97 reserves the right to remove it from your account balance.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Laki 97 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account for the same individual.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financially fraudulent purpose.
• Using automated scripts, bots or software to interact with the platform in ways not permitted by normal user activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events covered on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users through any support or communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy or distribute any part of the Laki 97 platform or its underlying software.

11Responsible Gaming

Laki 97 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and should be used as a leisure activity with a defined budget — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

Your Laki 97 account includes tools to help you stay in control. You can set deposit limits to cap how much you add to your account over a given period, and you can request a temporary account pause if you want to take a break from the platform. If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to manage, we encourage you to use these tools proactively rather than waiting until the situation becomes more serious.

12Account Suspension & Closure

Laki 97 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that continuing to provide services to the account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation, any balance held will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that a violation has occurred, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may also choose to close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Any withdrawable balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed back to your registered payment method after standard verification is completed.

13Limitation of Liability

Laki 97 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be entirely free from errors or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted, Laki 97 shall not be liable for any losses — direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, technical errors, third-party payment delays, changes to game or event availability, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

• Laki 97 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own decisions when placing bets or using the platform.
• We are not responsible for internet connectivity issues on your side that affect your ability to access or use the platform.
• Any disputes regarding settled bets must be raised within 72 hours of settlement. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

14Changes to These Terms

Laki 97 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically and stay informed of any changes.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change that has been made, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
